1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using EU AI Compliance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use EU AI Compliance only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Accounts and access
Access may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all use of the service through your account.
4. Intellectual property
All content and materials provided through EU AI Compliance remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.
5. Products, prices and orders
Each product sold through EU AI Compliance is described on its own page, with the price shown in the stated currency, all taxes included where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you receive a confirmation by email. Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to an order is the one displayed when you place it.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details directly. EU AI Compliance never receives or stores your full card number. Access to a paid product is granted once the payment is confirmed.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have fourteen days from the date of purchase to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once you have expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, write to the contact address listed in the legal information above.
8. Refunds
A valid withdrawal request is refunded within fourteen days of our being informed, using the same payment method you used for the order. Where a product is not delivered as described, you may ask for it to be made good or refunded.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first: most issues are settled directly. If no agreement is reached, consumers in the European Union may use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission, and retain the right to bring the matter before the competent courts.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EU AI Compliance is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EU AI Compliance after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
