Annex IV, pre-filled
Technical Documentation Pack
For AI vendorsSelling an AI product used in the EU? High-risk systems must carry Annex IV technical documentation: typically 20 to 40 pages nobody on your team has time to write from scratch. Describe your system, its use case, data and human oversight, and get the pack pre-filled: 15 to 25 pages structured to the Annex, your risk classification with the reasoning, and an honest list of the gaps you still need to fill yourself. Built for AI software vendors. Automated documentation, not legal advice.
What it does
- Annex IV structure pre-filled from your inputs (15-25 pages)
- Risk classification with the reasoning

Questions
- Do I need Annex IV documentation?
- If you provide a high-risk AI system (Annex III), Article 11 requires technical documentation per Annex IV before the system is placed on the market, and from August 2, 2026 the high-risk regime is binding. If your system is not high-risk, the pack tells you so honestly instead of selling you paperwork you do not need.
- What exactly do I get?
- A 15-25 page document following the Annex IV structure: general description, development process, monitoring and control, risk management, lifecycle changes, standards applied, declaration of conformity outline and post-market monitoring plan. Pre-filled from your answers, with every missing piece flagged as an explicit gap.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. It is automated documentation built from your inputs. Where information is missing, the pack marks it as a gap instead of inventing it, so what you file is yours and verifiable.
