Encrypted Content: When you enable end-to-end encryption for your content, Ask Mojo.ai cannot access, read, decrypt, verify, or monitor such content. Encrypted data is stored in a form that is inaccessible to us and our systems. As a result:
User-Generated Content: You must ensure that all content you create or import—whether encrypted or not—complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload or create.
The choice to enable encryption is yours, and doing so does not transfer any responsibility for content compliance from you to Ask Mojo.ai. You remain fully liable for your content regardless of its encryption status.
In accordance with the EU AI Act (Article 50), Mojo already clearly discloses at the start of every interaction that it is an AI system, not a human. AI-generated images produced by the Service carry a machine-readable provenance marker embedded in the image metadata (XMP Digital Source Type = trained algorithmic media, per the IPTC standard, plus EXIF disclosure fields), allowing them to be automatically detected as AI-generated or AI-manipulated as required by Article 50(2).
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, analyses, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). You acknowledge and agree that:
Local AI Processing: If you choose to use local AI models through the Service, you acknowledge that Ask Mojo.ai has no control over the quality, accuracy, or behavior of such third-party models. You assume all risks associated with using local AI models, and Ask Mojo.ai disclaims all liability for outputs generated by them.
By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for how you use AI Outputs and agree to indemnify Ask Mojo.ai against any claims arising from your reliance on or use of AI-generated content.
You retain all rights to content you create using Ask Mojo. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

The Service uses Claude (Anthropic) — specifically the claude-haiku model — to process your requests. By using Ask Mojo, you agree to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
In accordance with EU AI Act Article 50, Mojo already clearly discloses at the start of every interaction that it is an AI system, and AI-generated images produced by the Service carry a machine-readable provenance marker embedded in their metadata (IPTC Digital Source Type = trained algorithmic media, plus EXIF disclosure fields), satisfying the Article 50(2) machine-readable marking requirement.
Anthropic processing location: United States (us-east) under Standard Contractual Clauses. Anthropic does not train models on your data.
Conversation storage: Mojo uses model claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 operated by Anthropic (sub-processor). Messages are stored for 24 months then permanently deleted. Anthropic does not use your data for model training (Art. 28 DPA). You can delete all conversations at any time in Settings > Privacy.
When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Slack, GitHub, etc.) via OAuth or other integration methods, you are subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or errors in AI-generated content.
Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its design, features, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mix Web Management SARL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
Your Intellectual Property: You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. We claim no ownership over your documents, magik, knowledge, or any other user-generated content.
SKILL.md Format: Skills you create using the SKILL.md format are yours to export, share, and use anywhere. We do not claim ownership of your workflows.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Current pricing is available at askmojo.ai/#pricing. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
We offer a free tier with limited compute per day. Free tier features and limits may change at any time without notice.
EU Consumers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day "cooling off" period from the date of purchase during which you may withdraw from the contract for any reason and receive a full refund. However, if you begin using the Service during this period and expressly consent to waive this right, the withdrawal right may be limited.
General Policy: We offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions if you cancel within the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing period begins. Contact contact@askmojo.ai for refund requests.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For Business Users: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
For EU Consumers: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Send your concerns to contact@askmojo.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before proceeding to court, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mix Web Management SARL regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
Ask Mojo.ai offers a white-label capability that lets a user (a "Lab Owner") publish a branded lab and give their own end-users access to magiks, agents, and AI outputs. This section governs that relationship. It applies in addition to, and does not replace, the rest of these Terms.
Ask Mojo.ai (Mix Web Management SARL) acts solely as the infrastructure provider: we supply the hosting, the AI runtime, and the tooling that a lab runs on. We are not a party to the relationship between a Lab Owner and their end-users, and we do not set, review, or endorse the content, pricing, or purpose of any lab.
The Lab Owner is the controller of their end-users and of the content they publish through their lab. As between Ask Mojo.ai and the Lab Owner, the Lab Owner is solely responsible for everything their lab does and everything their end-users do within it. For the corresponding data-protection roles (controller / processor / sub-processor), see our Privacy Policy § 15.
If you operate a lab, you are solely responsible for:
Ask Mojo.ai provides the underlying infrastructure only and expressly disclaims all liability for the content, legality, safety, or compliance of any lab operated by a Lab Owner, and for any harm to a lab's end-users. Operating a lab does not transfer any responsibility for your content or your end-users from you to Ask Mojo.ai. The indemnity in § 6.4 applies to your operation of a lab, including claims brought by your end-users.
Where Ask Mojo.ai processes your end-users' personal data on your behalf, we do so as your processor. A data processing / sub-processor agreement (DPA) reflecting this relationship is available on request for business (B2B) and enterprise Lab Owners — email contact@askmojo.ai with the subject "DPA request". See Privacy Policy § 15 for details.
